YOUR MISSION:
In person: Drop around to visit a Disabled friend, bring them a coffee, or help them with a daily task they might be struggling with during this stressful week.
Online or from home: Send a message or call a Disabled person in your network. Check in to see that they are okay, ask what you can do to help, or just offer a friendly chat to remind them they are not fighting alone.
