In person: Write a heartfelt, handwritten letter to your local MP and drop it off directly at their office or put it in the mail.
Online or from home: Write a personalised email or film a short video of your story and email it to your local MP. You can use this tool to send an email, but we strongly encourage you to personalise your message using the talking points, and we've also provided another template letter you can use.
